Neal Jones

Artists of the Pageant

Several Drawing Year alumni are taking part in this exhibition of work from the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant which took place last summer. 'Artists of the Pageant' will open on Monday 3 June, 6.30- 9pm, at JWM Turner's House, Sandycombe Lodge, 40 Sandycombe Road, Twickenham, TW1 2LR, exhibition continues until 16 June.

Fabienne Khial

Fabienne took part in 'Art is Bread' at the Gallop Space in Deptford last month. Along with another artist she made 300 postcard size drawings. The show was inspired by the quote by  El Salvador poet Roque Dalton; " Poetry like bread is for everyone."

Ben Nathan

Ben has a solo show of recent paintings, it is called "Structure" and will open on 13 June 6-9pm at 43 Inverness Street, NW1 7HB. Ends 13 July.

Perienne Christian

Perienne's drawing is on the cover of this month's edition of the magazine Modern Poetry in Translation. MPT was founded in 1965 by Ted Hughes and Daniel Weissbort whose aim was to deal truthfully with the real contemporary world.

Nhatt Nichols
