Alumni news and exhibitions, April 2018



Charlie Masson (DY 2011) has founded a creative hub in the countryside of southern Tuscany called La Vallonea, which is due to open over the Easter weekend. Charlie says: "Through its educational programs, residencies and exhibitions, La Vallonea aims to cultivate an environment conducive to creativity to a local and international community of artists by providing resources and facilities in an inspiring location. Artist residencies, which include accommodation and studio space are granted annually to professional artists working in a variety of disciplines including: photography, printmaking, painting, drawing, sculpture, and ceramics." La Vallonea is located in Capalbio (150 kilometres south of Florence). For more information see their website here.



Chloe Le Tissier and Sabrina Shah (both DY 2011) will be exhibiting new paintings in their forthcoming exhibition Feeding Time at Mercer Chance Gallery. Exhibition dates: 5-15 April. PV 5 April 6-9pm. Details here
